Job Description Prepare for service Ensuring the kitchen cleanliness is always to a high standard including opening and closing cleaning check lists Prepare fresh ingredients Working with the chef’s to prepare fresh ingredients including washing and preparing fruits, vegetables and other menu ingredients Maintaining Food Handling regulations Ensuring all produce is clearly labelled and discarded as required, effective stock rotation and other tasks as required Cleaning of cutlery, crockery & kitchen items Using a 2 step system to ensure all cooking & restaurant items are cleaned and satisfised and that all chemicals are dispensed and used in the correct manner.
