Job Description What will you be doing ? We are looking for talented individual to join our SIPP & Provider Administration team in Bracknell. In your role, you will perform daily managerial duties associated with SIPP and Provider Administration requirements, supporting the Head of SIPP & Administration Provider. The role holder will manage a team of 5-6 direct reports, while also performing all activities within the team. This is a great role, which will offer you the opportunity to deal with clients, external advisers, pension providers and being also involved in relationship management calls. As a Manager - SIPP & Provider Administration, your responsibilities will include among others Taking action to rectify errors or omissions and that any anomalies are escalated in a timely fashion. Providing technical advice to assist in resolving complex issues or queries which arise within the team. Supporting the Department Director in ensuring that systems, processes and controls are in place and are fit for purpose. Supporting Senior Management in ensuring that team procedures are documented, periodically reviewed and updated. Working with the Department Director to review business initiatives, policies and products from an operational perspective to ensure that they are fully supportable. Ensuring that all dealings with internal / external clients are conducted professionally and that requests are dealt with in a timely and effective manner and takes responsibility to resolve. Completing regular assessments of individuals and provides regular feedback to them on their performance and behaviours, recognising both strengths and areas for development and providing appropriate training, coaching and support.
