We are looking for an exceptional new colleague to lead Admissions and Applicant Services for Royal Holloway, University of London. They will be a key part of delivering on our ambition to build an efficient and effective Admissions service that delivers a ‘best in sector’ Applicant Experience, that is responsive to the evolving needs of our future students, and which is an engaging place for colleagues to work. The Admissions team, and the smooth functioning of our processes/ systems are critical to help us deliver on student number growth ambitions.
Key Duties Include:
* Performance – devise, implement and deliver a clear admissions process for home and international applicants to underpin the delivery of annual recruitment targets. Oversee primary levers of process including application management, offer-making strategy, service and turnaround standards.
* Process Management, Quality and Delivery - ensuring the effective running of the University’s admissions function and the associated processes and teams - managing risk and performance.
* Act as the Institutional Lead – provide expert advice to a wide range of stakeholders on all matters relating to admissions strategy and systems, incoming student UKVI process compliance and processes.
The right candidate will have experience of working at a senior level in an Admissions role, with excellent communication, data, organisation, and leadership skills. They should have detailed knowledge of the Higher Education sector, have worked with student record/ admissions systems and awareness of trends/ developments in relation to student recruitment and admissions.
