Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive to help execute our CRM, paid social, paid search, loyalty, and data-driven strategies. Your role will involve supporting digital campaigns, optimising customer engagement, and providing key insights to enhance performance. What You’ll Do
CRM & Retention Marketing
* Assist in executing email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
* Help with audience segmentation and automation flows to improve engagement.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future strategies.
Paid Social & Paid Search
* Support the management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, assisting with audience targeting and creative execution.
* Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and external agencies to help optimise Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
Loyalty & Customer Retention
* Assist in managing and optimising the loyalty program to drive engagement and retention.
* Support the development of initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value.
Data & Insights
* Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare weekly reports on key metrics.
* Assist in A/B testing and CRO strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
This Is For You If
* You have 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, paid social, or a related field (internships included).
* You’re passionate about fashion and digital marketing, with a creative yet analytical mindset.
* You have a basic understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot), Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
* You’re highly organised, data-driven, and eager to learn.
* You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
