About this opportunity
An exciting role where you will work within a small team providing professional administrative support to all areas of the business ensuring an efficient office environment.
Main tasks and responsibilities will include:
1. Opening and date stamping post
2. Copying, scanning, and distributing post
3. Typing duties, letters and reports etc
4. Mark up, date stamp, and barcode invoices
5. Scanning invoices and various documents
6. Photocopying and filing
7. Cover for switchboard duties during lunch / breaks etc
8. Providing refreshments for office meetings
9. Archiving of paperwork for all departments
10. Assisting Estimating Department with Tender work

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
