The Role
* Manage and expand key international accounts across Europe, driving sales growth.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
* Identify and pursue new distributors
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams
* Implement account-specific sales strategies and promotional plans
* Support new product launches with market insights
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance analysis
* Attend trade shows!
What We Need From You
* Proven experience in international sales or account management, within FMCG, consumer goods, or retail
* Commercial acumen with understanding of pricing and promotions
* Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales analysis
* Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive
* Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different time zones - there is 20–30% international travel in this role!
