We are helping them in their search for an experienced Benefits Advisor to join them on a permanent basis, reporting to the Head of Reward. This is a newly created role due to growth within the team.
You will join as a Senior Benefits Advisor looking after UK and international benefits, with consideration for candidates with only UK benefits experience looking to broaden their knowledge.
You will also gain experience across the wider Reward function, including supporting Compensation, making this a broad and interesting role with Benefits & Wellbeing at its heart.
Based in their new offices in the City, they offer a flexible hybrid working policy with an expectation of being in the office ideally three days per week.
Duties will include:
1. Working closely with the Head of Reward to maintain the quality of core benefits.
2. Supporting a variety of benefit and pension projects, including the implementation of new benefits in the UK and globally.
3. Administration and process improvement of benefits enrolment automation.
4. Supporting the annual benefit renewal from start to finish.
5. Managing the Benefit portal, including the annual enrolment window and month-end processes.
6. Analyzing and improving current benefits administration processes to roll out a flexible benefits platform.
7. Supporting the wider Reward team with data analytics and ad hoc project support.
8. Being the main point of contact for general benefits queries.
Ideal candidates will have:
At least 4 years’ experience in a Benefits Advisor/Analyst role, preferably in a professional services or financial services environment.
