As they accelerate their growth, they are seeking a Commercial Marketing Director with a passion for B2B and B2C marketing to lead their team and shape the future of their brands, such as the renowned STORI and premium handcrafted Novelle brands.
In this role, the Commercial Marketing Director will transform and lead the Groups Marketing function to drive commercial outcomes.
They will be a collaborative partner to Category, Sales, Customer Service and Business Development team colleagues, playing a key role in the commercial leadership of Uform.

The Commercial Marketing Director will drive the development of the Groups customer-centric marketing vision, aligned to its overall business strategy and ambitious commercial targets.
Applicants should possess the following skills and experience: Significant experience as a Marketing Director, or similar role, in a transferable industry.
Demonstrable commercial success in strategic marketing across multiple geographies or channels.
Significant business experience leading and scaling marketing teams (with the main part in a high growth company).
Proven success in creating and delivering effective B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
Understanding of paid, owned and earned marketing channels, tools and platforms, including analytics.
Experience with Martech optimisation and segmentation strategies to include CRM Management.
A degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
