In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in supporting a wide range of property management duties, from building surveys and inspections to data management and scheme coordination. Responsibilities: Responsible for providing a full range of support services to a multi-disciplinary technical team, including, but not limited to, pre-planned, response repair, maintenance, empty properties, compliance, planning and investment activities. Ensure all work areas are successfully delivered within target and standard and that evidence and audit trails are maintained. Possess the technical expertise and knowledge to collect and update the asset management, housing and financial management systems. Monitor the progress of all assigned tasks and ensure a proactive approach is maintained to satisfy both internal and external customers’ requests for service ‘right first time’. Support the Asset team in developing processes and software in order to drive efficiencies. Contribute to the delivery of the operational plan and the development of an outstanding service that makes a positive contribution to the Torus vision in a manner that reflects the Torus values. Act as champion of change, innovation, continuous improvement, value for money and risk management. Take personal responsibility for your own personal and professional development. Skills & Experience: Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4 or above in at least Mathematics and English or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge gained through extensive and relevant experience within an applicable work function. Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent Experience of working in a business support function within a technical working environment. Evidence of and commitment to continual professional and personal development. Demonstrate a high level of skill in business support gained through extensive knowledge and relevant experience A proven track record in delivering a business support service within a property maintenance environment. An understanding of health and safety legislation relevant to property maintenance and construction projects. Evidence of co-ordinating and demonstrating the importance of value for money in everyday operations. Demonstrate the ability to use Torus IT programmes and platforms including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams Interview Process: Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview.
