More about the role:
Responsibilities Include:
* Supervise the day-to-day running of the hospitality operation across the venue
* Deliver events, ensuring all guests receive an impeccable level of service
* Supervise the front of house team to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service to all
* Ensure all allergen management processes are followed & that food is delivered in a safe & secure manner
* Engage with pupils, staff and visitors to customize each event's requirements to deliver a dedicated bespoke service
* Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
* Implement Health & Safety within the hospitality department
* Bring ideas and innovation to the hospitality, as well as raising the standard of service
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a high-end hospitality environment is a must have
* Strong organisational & time management skills - you can juggle priorities
* The ability to liaise effectively with clients, managers and stakeholders
* Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
* A hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset and a 'can-do attitude'
* Attention to detail that ensures every client interaction is flawless
* An outgoing & confident personality, fostering team spirit and a supportive work culture
* A good understanding of the hospitality industry trends, with a proactive approach to innovation and client satisfaction
