What the job involves Manage a defined caseload with supervision and support, ensuring compliance with policy and legislation. Undertake assessments and prepare written representations for Court hearings, identifying and assessing risk levels. Participate in safeguarding investigations and deliver support services, maintaining care plans and reviews. Commission and negotiate personalized care arrangements within budgetary constraints. Communicate effectively in high-risk situations and collaborate with internal and external multi-agency colleagues. Contribute to service development, practice expectations, and team learning, while identifying and addressing poor practice issues. Ensure all client data is lawfully gathered, stored, and reported, adhering to the Data Protection Act. Meet performance and developmental goals, including ASYE requirements, through regular professional development.
