About the Role: Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and fully qualified Maths Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Ellesmere Port. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator to make a meaningful impact on students' learning and development in a supportive and collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality Maths lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, following the national curriculum.
* Plan and assess engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Support and challenge students to achieve their full potential in a positive and structured environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and inspiring curriculum.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a productive learning atmosphere.
* Engage with parents and carers to support student progress and development.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Experience: Prior experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting is preferred.
* Skills: Strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive education.
* DBS: Must hold an enhanced DBS check on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
