Responsibilities
Manage and organize correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for staff and patients.
Maintain and update medical records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed for meetings and procedures.
Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, providing them with necessary information and resources.
Handle billing inquiries and manage necessary transactions related to patient services.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or healthcare is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions with patients and staff.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.82
Location: Lewisham, South East London
