Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Paid Media Specialist to join our Cornwall team, delivering smart, data-driven Paid Media campaigns.
Reporting to our Head of Digital, we’re looking for someone who can produce effective campaigns that help our clients grow. You’ll have plenty of experience planning PPC and Paid Social campaigns covering campaign strategy, implementation and optimisation.
You’ll be knowledgeable across multiple Paid Media channels such as Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.
Hybrid Working
This role is hybrid working, with an expectation to be in the office three days per week. Additionally, all candidates should expect occasional travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
* Plan, implement, and optimise Paid Media campaigns across Paid Media platforms including Google Ads and Meta.
* Develop and execute Paid Media strategies to drive client success.
* Manage client accounts and ensure the effective performance of campaigns.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any account concerns.
1. Analysis & Reporting:
* Analyse campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
* Report campaign results to the Paid Media Manager and prepare detailed monthly client reports.
* Prepare detailed forecasts for clients.
* Communicate with Account Managers on client performance.
* Respond proactively to client queries and identify growth opportunities.
* Deliver training and consultancy services to clients.
* Liaise with clients' web development teams to implement goal tracking and enhance campaigns.
* Support the Commercial Manager with pitches and proposals.
Requirements
Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience with Paid Media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
* Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
* Familiarity with TikTok, Amazon, and Microsoft Advertising is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong communication skills, confident in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
* Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
* Understanding of Paid Media's relationship with other Digital Marketing channels, with the ability to make holistic suggestions.
Ideal Candidate:
A detail-oriented, data-driven communicator with solid experience in managing client accounts and working in a digital marketing agency. They should be confident, communicative, and proactive, with the ability to effectively manage client accounts and optimise campaigns for the best results.
