About the Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join the commercial team. This role offers a unique opportunity for rapid career progression into a full Technical Sales Representative role. The successful candidate will engage directly with industry leaders and innovators, gaining broad exposure to commercial strategies that drive business growth. This role promises a hands-on learning experience in niche services tailored to support leading manufacturers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for driving sales within designated industry verticals.
* Grow existing customer accounts and cultivate new relationships from leads generated by business development and marketing, as well as your own outreach.
* Collaborate closely with technical specialists to understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and communicate the value of their services to secure business.
* Engage in on-the-job training to develop a strong understanding of their services, value propositions, and sales processes.
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive Salary: £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year with a profit-related bonus scheme.
* On-Target Earnings: Rapid progression to a full Technical Sales Representative role, with potential first-year on-target earnings of £45,000+.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business discipline. (Essential)
* Sales experience would be advantageous.

This role is a full-time permanent position based in the middle of Hampshire.
