Join our Curriculum Programmes team as Curriculum Development Manager, where you will work on innovative education reform projects across multiple countries, helping to shape impactful curricula and support materials for learners aged 3-19. About the role
This role sits within the Curriculum Programmes team. We work with groups of schools and national bodies in a range of countries aiming to improve education systems as part of education reform projects. We are also responsible for developing our curriculum across the 3-19 Cambridge Pathway. This wide-ranging work includes developing curriculum frameworks, exploring new propositions, curriculum mapping and research. Additionally, this role involves:
* Overseeing and coordinating development projects.
* Selecting and briefing consultants to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
* Managing stakeholder relationships and multiple development projects, maintaining high standards and meeting tight deadlines
About you
You will have experience of working in the education sector and bring excellent knowledge and understanding to the developments you will manage in this role. Experience within the 3‒19 age range and expertise in teaching English as a second language is highly desirable.
You will have experience of identifying and managing teams of consultants and demonstrate the confidence and ability to run your own projects and co-ordinate the work of other team members across a range of subjects.
Ideally, you'll also bring experience in curriculum or support material development, have worked in an international context, and can conduct business in additional languages beyond English (French and Arabic highly desirable).
