Construction Manager An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Construction Manager to join our company based in Newry, Co Down. Hours: 40hrs, Monday - Friday Salary:Starting salary £45,000 (depending on experience) The role will include the following tasks - (list is not exhaustive): Collate procurement orders and delivery schedules for new jobs - to include DOP's and client submittals Liaising with Suppliers Creation and review of fortnightly / monthly site progress reports Preparation of fortnightly payments for sub-contractors Preparation & submission of of Sub-Contractor handover documentation Review of H&S inspections Monitoring of H&S documentation documentation within the company overall H&S Dashboard - monthly review Review of client programmes to ensure implementation of same Manage and oversee quality reporting within the business. Requirements: 2 years of experience in a Construction or Engineering background Previous experience in a Construction Management role. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Work with a high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to drive as the role may require travel to site occasionally This role is full time based in our office in Newry - there is no WFH option.
