You will be tasked with accurate reporting of business data for both the company & customers as well as processing information and capturing data.
Job role / duties
•Process sales orders through to dispatch
•Process purchase orders through to payment
•Analyse sales performance
•Analyse purchasing history
•Perform monthly stock audits
•Stock analysis
•Assist with business administrations across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics & Customer service
•Collate data and interpret for business reporting using MS Excel
•Ensure FD & SMT are appraised of any issues relating to data discrepancies
•Keep client CRM updated
To be considered for this role you MUST:
•Be analytical and accurate in your work
•Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
•Be able to provide concise and accurate reports
•Possess advanced MS Office ability
•Have worked in a similar role
