Team Leader – Children's Residential Home
Location: Stoke on-Trent, ST7
Salary: £33,661 - £35,741.33 per year
Working Hours: 2 on 4 off. 8am-11pm plus sleep
Service: Children’s Residential Home
Service Users: PSB/SHB
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in residential childcare
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will be leading shifts, supporting young people in their daily activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
* Strong leadership skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with young people
* Resilience, motivation, and adaptability
* Understanding of safeguarding and care planning
* Good IT and record-keeping skills
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
