On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their highly regarded team in Exeter.
You will be supporting fee earners in the Residential team, the focus is on providing high standards of client care, with an emphasis on professionalism and having a pleasant demeanour.
The successful candidate will want to be part of a growing and friendly team who work closely together and share the same ethos. They will also be enthusiastic about the development of the firm’s business in relation to client relationships and promoting new business ideas.
You will have previous property experience, excellent IT skills, excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy and thrive when working under pressure. You will also possess strong communication and client face to face skills allowing you to inspire confidence with clients and colleagues across the firm.
