We have a fantastic 12-month contract available for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team of a global financial services organization and drive Talent Development, Talent Management, and Engagement.
You will have HR Business Partnering experience from the financial services sector with solid foundations as an HR Generalist, both operational and strategic, to support the HR life cycle from engagement, org design, mergers and acquisitions, performance management, to diversity, equity, inclusion, policy embedding, and employee relations ensuring accountability at all levels of the organization.
Some focus areas:
* Drive and deliver the people programs and strategies that will enhance the culture.
* Build relationships across the business and specialty teams to ensure successful delivery of the global HR strategy and business requirements.
* Organisation design.
* Provide HR advice, guidance, and coaching to line managers on Employee relations and Policy.
* Be a strong advocate of data and use metrics to develop strategy and support business decisions.
* Develop and interpret HR policy, promoting best practice.
* Support and guide managers on Talent Development and Management, Remuneration, and Reward process.
* Support with development and embedding DE&I initiatives.
Experience:
* Experience of working in an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist role ideally within financial services.
* Experience working in a regulated environment.
* Solid knowledge and application of best-practice HR and strong employment law knowledge.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Ability to utilize initiative and take responsibility to provide quick and effective solutions.
