A Customer Service Administrator is required for a leading supplier in West Yorkshire. This is a busy and varied role where you will support colleagues and customers with enquiries, offering advise and support, processing detailed and complex information and creating new customer contracts. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to work on detailed administration including costings and compliance. There is a wealth of training to ensure you have all the knowledge and material required to deliver a thorough and accurate service to both colleagues and customers alike. Duties include: Taking inbound sales enquiries (by telephone and email) and liaising with the sales team or customer services team to arrange services and record accurate information. Working to compliance and process for all administration from creation new service contracts to updating supplier price lists and records. Communicating with new suppliers and checking their information and creating strong relationships and understanding. Maintain and regularly update supplier price lists Creation of sales proposal documents for sales team and supporting with follow up queries. Database uploads and checks and regular reviews to ensure data is up to date Working alongside the Operations team to manage the SME client base including regular contact and elements of upselling services Provide support to Sales Executives with any required customer information Daily reporting and tracker reporting General office duties and support of reception You will be: A confident communicator, great with customers, suppliers and colleagues. Numerical and literate to complete, check and amend important documentation Keen to learn and be part of a great team. Be meticulous for detail and ensure accurate contracts and compliance Enjoy being in an office environment as this role is fully office based.
