What will you be doing?
If being part of a highly creative and passionate team that strives to deliver excellent service to our customers, members, and communities interests you, then read on.
We’re a close and creative team needing a talented florist just as passionate as us! You’ll be crafting and preparing a wide range of floral works from bouquets, table arrangements, weddings, funerals, and events whilst offering the highest service to our customers.
You’ll be championing our unique variety of floral art by preparing vibrant, engaging shop window displays and delivering locally to funeral homes, shops, and other premises.
Please note as of 1st December 2023, new joiners to our Funeral Business will be subject to a standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. All offers will be conditional on us receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
How will I know if I am right for this role?
Having around 2 years’ experience in arranging all types of floral work is essential. You are passionate about flowers and flower care, have a keen eye for detail, and above all, your work brings a smile to the faces of our customers.
You already enjoy working well in a creative team and have high standards. Understanding that the role of a florist can be demanding, you’re always punctual and calm under pressure.
Ideally, you’ll have an NVQ Level 2 in Floristry or equivalent, but it’s not essential. Holding a full driving licence is a must due to making local deliveries.
