Your new role
As the receptionist, you will be expected to answer all iing calls andplete administration work using the Microsoft Office. The role is ideal for someone who is looking to progress as the role has the potential to be a permanent role. As the receptionist, your duties include ensuring all clients have a positive first impression, as well as handling all emails and correspondence and scheduling appointments and managing meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
For this receptionist role, you will need to have excellentmunication skills and a telephone manner with the ability to carry out administrative tasks alongside your duties of being a receptionist. Experience within Microsoft would be ideal as a lot of the role will be based around admin tasks. Having previous administrative and receptionist experience would be ideal as it would allow you to hit the ground running.
