What You Will Do:
- Create and send all proforma and standard invoices to customers daily.
- Manage all payroll data and documentation for monthly submission.
- Maintain basic financial bookkeeping, including financial data entry for Invoicing and Purchase ledger.
- Monitor payments received and balances due, and prepare purchase invoices for authorised payment.
- Reconcile supplier statements and perform bank reconciliations.
- Deal with outstanding debts via telephone/email and maintain a good filing system.
What You Will Bring:
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a preference for experience in using Xero accounting software.
