We have an exciting opportunity for you Our client, a prestigious restaurant situated near Swansea, is established as one of the leading dining establishments in Wales. With accolades such as; 3AA Rosettes, this restaurant is now looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join their team under the guidance of their esteemed Chef Director. What We Offer: Competitive Package: Up to £42,000 including gratuities. Gratuities: Shared evenly through a Tronc system, amounting to £10k to £12k per annum per employee. Work Schedule: 4-day working week with extra days paid. Holidays: Closed on Christmas Day, January closure, and 1-week closure in the summer. Training & Development: Individual training and development plans for all staff. Profit Share: Discretionary annual employee profit share program.
