The Division is responsible for a 50 bedded ward, Endoscopy Unit and a GI Physiology Unit. We perform around 600 endoscopy procedures per week. Our administration team are vital to the smooth running of these services.The Admin Co-ordinator role is an exciting opportunity to join our administration team in the Endoscopy Unit which provides first class administration and reception services to the Division. As part of our Patient Pathway team, you will be responsible tracking patients through their care pathways, organising patient appointments and processing clinical correspondence in a timely manner. You will act as a key point of support to the Clinical Nurse Endoscopists through assisting with administrative tasks. Main duties of the job Successful candidates will have previous administration experience and either experience of working in an NHS organisation or a desire to work within a healthcare organisation. They will be able to communicate with a range of patients and colleagues and possess excellent team working, negotiation and organisation skills.
