Key Responsibilities
* Natural host, bringing the campus to life for guests and colleagues
* Delivering unexpected moments through customer service, events, and surprise activations
* Sourcing and creating activations and events
* Assisting with event administration, including booking forms and confirmations
* Welcoming guests and hosting activations from setup to delivery
* Ensuring safety and high delivery standards for events (pop-ups, exhibitions, large campus-wide events)
* Supporting vendor onboarding for marketplace, the on-campus shopping destination
* Acting as the face of marketplace, ensuring a first-class experience for colleagues, visitors, and vendors
* Onboarding vendors through the E-permit system
* Managing tickets via MS Forms or similar platforms
* Proactively promoting campus events and encouraging participation
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Experience in event management
* Computer literate – confident in Microsoft applications, previous experience in Property Management tools
* Great telephone skills and verbal communication
* Must be customer focused, organised, and professional
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Energetic and enthusiastic
* Proactive, highly organised and self-disciplined, a self-starter who functions at their best in a fast-paced environment
* Empathetic and naturally thoughtful
* Enjoy problem solving and thinking on your feet
* A ‘Can-do’ attitude with an ability to multi-task
* Possesses excellent communication skills, both oral and written with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
