Location: Farnborough 3-4 days per week in the office.
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

What you’ll do:
The Programme Planner will be aligned to a large complex customer-facing project or programme and will operate across an entire portfolio or business/function area where multiple programmes and projects are being delivered. The role will be dedicated to planning and monitoring multiple Projects /Programme from beginning to end. Tasked with creating detailed project plans and ensuring that project teams align to the activities in the plan to deliver projects on schedule and within budget through the lifecycle of the project.
The planner will offer insight through reporting identification of potential risks that can delay or increase cost and work with the teams to take remedial action. You will also be involved in:
* Quality Management Methodology & Governance
* Planning & Resource Management
* Stakeholders & Communication
* Change Management
Who you are:
* Demonstrable experience of planning and tracking complex projects and programmes to meet business expectations and deliver results. Preferably within the defence sector.
* Experience with Critical Path Analysis (CPA) and Risk management.
* MS Project (Advanced). Excel (Intermediate).
* Experienced in Monte Carlo or Risk Analyzer methods.
* A recognised qualification or certification in PMO / Assurance (P3O, ISEB).
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills, along with the personal tenacity and the ability to drive through to conclusion in a dynamic and challenging environment.
* Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
Security Clearance: This position requires the eligibility and ability to obtain and hold UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
