Role Purpose
As Head of Bid Management, you will own and lead the bid process from start to finish, driving successful tender outcomes. You will identify new opportunities, manage procurement frameworks, and produce compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate the company’s value. Your work will play a vital role in driving growth within public and private sector markets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Bid Management Expertise: Proven experience in a senior bid management or sales leadership role within IT services, with a track record of success in public and private sector tenders.
* APMP Certification: APMP Practitioner certification (or higher) is essential.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience or understanding of cybersecurity services (such as Pen Testing, Risk Management, and MSSP solutions) is highly desirable.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and deliver effective bid strategies that drive business growth.
* Relationship Management: Skilled in managing procurement frameworks, such as G-Cloud and CCS, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
* Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM and bid management tools.
* Excellent Communication: Strong writing, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering clear, high-quality proposals.
