Business Development Manager Integrated Facilities Management - UK - remote - to £80k plus package This is a superb opportunity to work with one of the most exciting IFM service providers in Europe. You will have previous experience in business development in the IFM sector and will have responsibility for selling to the UK and Nordic region. The International Key Account Manager is primarily responsible for delivering new FM and IFM business across the European landscape against a defined financial target. There may also be an element of account management for existing customers. The role will require maintaining long-term relationships, maximising customer experience and growing client portfolio revenues. Key responsibilities: Taking inbound sales calls and making outbound business development calls Establish, manage and influence decision-makers within our Client and Partner network and maintain positive working relationships Working from a database leveraging all client assets, as well as generating your own leads within your industry networking activities Create and conduct compelling customer presentations throughout the sales cycle Delivery of compliant and professionally produced proposals, RFP responses, within customer defined timeframes. Ensure proposals follow standard formatting and quality standards Coordinate and consolidate proposal input from a variety of Partners and Stakeholders with standard formatting and quality standards Create, record and maintain all opportunities in CRM (Salesforce.com) Own ultimate responsibility for successfully delivering existing customer revenue growth objectives, including retention and extension of existing customer contracts Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the clients business Build long-term relationships with key clients, manage senior-level client network Grow the client portfolio revenues Maximize customer satisfaction and customer experience Manage / oversee activities of important key client account projects Update and maintain all information for its assigned accounts in CRM Support with any other duties and tasks upon request Focus on identifying organisations that (not necessarily exclusively) have operations in E. Europe Work closely with our key directors in their territories and be the ambassador Ability and willingness to throughout Europe on a regular basis. Key skills: Effective (consultative) selling and negotiations skills in B2B environment Excellent project management and problem-solving skills Good communication, presentation, negotiation and report writing skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels including C Suite and be credible Excellent team worker with ability to build successful and productive relationships Ability to work in a team or independently within a fast-paced international team Sufficient gravitas to challenge constructively and to influence Excellent Microsoft Excel Word - PowerPoint skills Profile: Experience (2 4 years) in an international sales environment Background in the service industry, facilities management, logistics or industry (automotive, mechanical engineering or tech industry) Extensive experience in request for proposal / bid management Ability to form and grow client relationships at every level Ability to work independently (remotely) as well as part of a team Pro-active approach and enthusiastic Fluent in English (in writing as well as verbal), a second European language a bonus but not mandatory Work location: Home office or office location (to be agreed) International travel: travel will be required as necessary Reporting to: International Sales Director ADZN1_UKTJ
