My client is seeking an experienced Senior ER Specialist to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on employee relations (ER) matters while maintaining a broad HR generalist focus. You'll work on a variety of ER cases, including complex investigations, while coaching and supporting managers to effectively manage their teams. The Role This pivotal role will involve: Leading and managing ER cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances, with confidence and professionalism. Coaching and guiding managers on ER issues to promote effective leadership and management. Conducting and supporting key HR meetings and consultations. Advising on recruitment, onboarding, and resource planning to align with business objectives. Updating and maintaining HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best practice. Managing projects and providing flexible support across the HR function as required. About You To excel in this role, you'll need: Demonstrated experience in handling complex ER cases, including investigations and disciplinary meetings. Strong HR generalist knowledge, with a focus on employee relations. Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills. The ability to build trust and credibility with managers and employees alike. A proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach to HR challenges.
