We are looking for an experienced and results-driven New Business Sales Director to join a forward-thinking technology company based in the UK. Our client is a leader in providing innovative solutions for 5G and cloud-based technologies, designed to enhance network performance and minimize downtime for telecom carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth in the UK region by securing new business opportunities.
* Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing, with a focus on new business acquisition.
* Target new logos within large telecom carriers (CSPs), with an emphasis on developing strategic, long-term partnerships.
Key Requirements:
* Proven success in new business sales within the UK telecom carrier sector, with a strong focus on large telecoms CSPs.
* Expertise in selling complex software solutions to senior stakeholders including CTOs, Network Operations, Network Engineering, and Data Center teams.
* Demonstrated ability to consistently close high-value deals and achieve sales targets.
* Hands-on experience in direct sales, with additional experience in engaging and leveraging partners to expand reach.
* Familiarity with technologies and solutions such as IMS, VoLTE, EPC, Service Assurance, Service Orchestration, Network Analytics, Network Automation, DPI, HLR, and HSS.
* A history of overachieving sales quotas and targets.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
* Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive business success.
