Job Description
Duties of the PA/Office Manager:
* Support the senior leadership team with diary and travel management
* Manage office procedures to optimise efficiency.
* Coordinate meetings, record minutes and distribute to relevant parties.
* Handle correspondence including emails, letters and packages.
* Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
* Maintain and update company databases.
* Organise office maintenance and repairs when needed.
* Assist in the planning and execution of company events.
* Create marketing and communication content for the brand
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA/Office Manager should have:
* Proven experience in a similar PA/Office Manager role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* A professional demeanour and strong communication skills.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
* Experience in managing office supplies and equipment.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
