We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to support our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of our company. Located in Leeds, West Yorkshire, this role offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content creation, and brand development. This involves managing multiple projects, analysing performance metrics, and using data to inform future marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, digital ads, and other channels, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
* Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for blogs, social media, website pages, and email newsletters, adhering to our brand guidelines and optimising for SEO.
* Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, creating engaging content and monitoring trends to enhance brand visibility.
* Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
* Email Marketing: Create and schedule email campaigns, focusing on customer segmentation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimisation.
* Event Marketing: Support the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and trade shows, working closely with the team to promote these events and drive engagement.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B or B2C.
* Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
* Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content for different platforms and audiences.
* Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience managing social media channels, creating posts, and growing an online presence.
