We are recruiting a HR Process Lead for a business based in north Cambs. The role could be offered on a Ltd Co contract or PAYE.
Ideally between 3-5 days per week, up to 3 months. Hybrid working on offer.
The organisation is implementing a new HRIS, Access HR, and they are looking for someone to review their HR processes to ensure they are captured in the new HRIS.
The role will involve:
1. Reviewing, challenging and developing HR processes through the new HRIS
2. Project management to ensure all processes are ready before the launch of the new HRIS
3. Solution design – review, challenge and propose solutions
This role would suit an experienced HR professional who has created HR processes.
Experience and knowledge required:
1. Experienced HR professional with experience of developing HR processes
2. Understanding of HR systems and how they factor into HR processes
3. Analytical and Problem solving
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Ability to manage several tasks and prioritise effectively
6. Stakeholder engagement
7. Self-motivated, resilient and able to deal with changing environments
