Salary: £28000 - £32000 per annum depending on experience plus quarterly bonus
Shift Pattern: Average of 41 hours per week working 5 over 7 (some Saturdays on a rostered basis). No Sundays!

If successful, you will start on Monday 9th June and need to be available for the first 4 weeks for induction and training.

We are looking for Trainee White Goods Engineers to join our team. This role offers industry-leading NPS and a top-tier 1st visit fix rate. You will bring basic electrical knowledge and receive comprehensive training to become a White Goods Engineer within 2-4 months, turning each day into an adventure.
The role involves skill and efficiency, but building rapport with customers is equally important. You will learn to diagnose faults, install, and repair appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction with your skills, knowledge, and friendly approach.
Role responsibilities include:
1. Testing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods in customers' homes
2. Applying technical knowledge across various appliances
3. Managing your own schedule and driving a company van
4. Enhancing our reputation as a home services expert
To succeed, you should have:
* Experience in repair or installation involving electric or electro-mechanical products (e.g., field services, trainee plumbing, electrical services, domestic electrical installation)
* Basic electrical knowledge, both theoretical and practical
* A passion for excellent customer service
* Ability to handle heavy white goods (washing machines, dishwashers, etc.)
* A full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
