This project is scheduled to commence in April and will run for 18 months, offering a chance to work on a flagship development in a vibrant city location. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the apartment scheme, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Team Coordination: Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals effectively. Client Management: Act as the key point of contact for the client, maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Health & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular audits and reviews. Programme & Budget Management: Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress against timelines and budgets. Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of workmanship, conducting quality checks at each stage of the project. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Project Manager on residential or multi-story building projects of a similar value (£15M). Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of juggling priorities on complex schemes. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and quality assurance processes. Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent, and professional certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS). Experience with project planning software is advantageous (e.g., Asta Powerproject). Why Join?
