HR Administrator
Annual Salary: £30k - £32k
Location: Epsom
Office based
Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic HR Administrator eager to forge a successful career in HR. This role is perfect for someone with a drive for excellence and a passion for people management. While CIPD Level 3 is a plus, it’s not a deal-breaker.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with data protection.
3. Assist with training and development initiatives.
4. Respond to HR inquiries and contribute to HR projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Driven with a keen interest in HR.
2. Organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Strong communication abilities.
4. Proficient in MS Office; HR software experience is a bonus.
5. CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
