East Reading Legal Secretary - Conveyancing Our client is seeking a Legal Secretary with property experience to support their busy team. They are looking for applications from experienced Legal Secretaries who have worked in residential conveyancing. You will carry out all secretarial tasks and help where necessary with all administrative requirements. You will be required to take calls and to provide transaction updates to clients and estate agents. In this role you will be supporting the partner, and your tasks will be as below: 1. Preparing various legal documents and using digital dictation 2. Making online searches and Land Registry applications and SDLT returns 3. Using the case management system 4. Opening and managing paper and electronic files
