We are looking for a confident Bank Learning Disabilities Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care and a minimum of 12 months' experience working with Learning Disabilities. You'll be working a bank contract that allows you to pick up 12-hour shifts around your weekly availability: days (7:45 am-8 pm) and nights (7:45 pm -8 am) onsite at Marion House. Marion House is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and moderate to severe learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
* Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
* Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
* Assist with medical & welfare needs
* Report on medical & welfare needs as required
* Safeguard
* Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
