This role will provide reception cover and act as initial point of contact for individuals presenting to Harrison House, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of service at all times. Harrison House is where the mental health Access and adult inpatient services are based, and is an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing essential mental health services to the population of NE Lincolnshire. Main duties of the job The role of the Meet & Greet Associate involves liaising with individuals presenting to Harrison House and to complete data collection, prior to informing the appropriate team, typically the Access Team. This role will be pivotal to the experience of the individuals presenting to Harrison House, as well as their family members and carers. Working both within a team and under their own initiative, this role will ensure that individuals receive the appropriate level of information and emotional support in order to best meet their needs. The successful candidate will ensure that individuals are aware of the services and support available in order to meet any social needs identified, and provided with information regarding these. Whilst ensuring that individuals are kept updated, this role will also ensure that the appropriate teams are also kept informed of information, such as an individuals presentation, their presenting need, anybody accompanying them and approximate wait times.
