We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and fast-growing company in the Littlehampton/Arundel area for an experienced Transport Administrator to join their team. The Role: As a Transport Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the transport department. Your responsibilities will include: Managing transport schedules and coordinating deliveries. Ensuring driver compliance by maintaining accurate records of licences, CPCs, and tachographs. Communicating with drivers and customers to resolve queries and ensure efficient operations. Processing invoices, timesheets, and transport-related documentation. Updating and maintaining transport management systems with accuracy. Providing general administrative support to the transport team. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a transport/logistics environment is essential. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Good knowledge of transport compliance and regulations. Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
