* Hourly rate: £12 per hour with additional bonus earning opportunities.
* Work on site based at The Rocket, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 3SA.
* Full time permanent role: Contracted to 40 hours paid production, fully flexible between 9am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday.
As an agent, you will be dealing with inbound calls from existing customers. You may deal with queries from pre-payment customers, reviewing the suitability of the customer being in pre-payment mode or working with vulnerable customers who are worried about not being able to pay for their bills or arrears on the account.

Responsibilities of a Customer Sales Advisor:
* Dealing with vulnerable customers' queries in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
* Demonstrating resilience and empathy whilst addressing and collecting payments/outstanding balances.
* Up-selling relevant products and services.
* Generating bills and arranging payments.
* Walking customers through the provision of meter readings.
* Updating account profiles on our in-house systems.
* Booking engineer appointments.
* Maintaining a professional image for ourselves and our clients.
* Assisting our customers and addressing issues on their account to provide support and ensure they stay on supply.
* Review the suitability of the customer being in pre-payment mode by completing Safe and Practical checks.
* Identifying vulnerable customers and offering additional support to them.
Skills for success:
* Minimum of 6-12 months working with customers in a call centre environment.
* Previous experience in energy is desired.
* A resilient nature and determination to achieve goals and targets.
* A passion to provide an excellent level of Customer Service.
* Effective problem solver.
* Strong verbal & written communication skills.
* Ability to navigate computer systems.
* A keen attention to detail & proactive approach to solving problems.
