The Role:Were looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Trainee Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the art of selling, develop valuable skills, and work with a team of experienced professionals who will guide you every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating leads and building relationships with potential customers .
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Gain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
- Work closely with senior sales agents to develop sales strategies and improve closing techniques.
- Attend sales meetings and contribute to discussions on customer needs and market trends.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
