20hrs per week across 3 days We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our Warwick client. The ideal candidate will assist with managing daily finances, using Xero, and providing administration support. Typical duties are likely to include: Managing suppliers, and handling accounts receivable and payable. Answering the phone. General administrative duties. Creating processes To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate: Proven bookkeeping experience (AAT desired) Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles. Knowledge of Xero is essential. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. A good telephone manner An ability to work with a number of different software systems.
