You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and you possess effective communication skills in English. You have a basic understanding of IT systems and are able to perform simple administrative tasks. Ideally, you have or are willing to obtain the Licence to Practice qualification from the British Institute of Cleaning Science. What the Job Involves This role involves maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at the Coed Pella Offices. You will undertake cleaning duties as directed, ensuring compliance with established cleaning processes and standards. Your responsibilities will also include replenishing consumables, operating cleaning equipment, reporting defects, and completing basic administrative tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for unlocking and locking up the buildings. The role requires adherence to health and safety practices and an ability to foster good relationships internally and externally.
