Job Title: Internal Sales Supervisor
Location: Wolverhampton
Contract Type: Temporary To Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time. Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm, 30-minute lunch break.
Hourly Rate: £16.83 per hour.

Our client, a leading company in the Wolverhampton area, is seeking an Internal Sales Supervisor to join their team and contribute to their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and motivate a team of 3 internal sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Monitor the performance of the team, providing coaching and feedback to support their professional development.
3. Report to management team on daily/weekly targets.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
5. Implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for management.
7. Entering orders onto Sage.
8. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the market.
9. Dealing with queries via phone/email, and able to balance effectively managing people.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Previous experience in a sales supervisory role, preferably within a similar industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
6. Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
7. Comfortable within a fast-paced environment.
