What Youll Be Doing: Calendar Mastery: Youll take charge of the Managing Directors calendar, making sure every meeting, appointment, and deadline is precisely organised and optimised for success. Communication Hub : Youll be the communication hubmanaging emails, calls, and other correspondence with precision, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks and the MD is always in the loop. Seamless Travel Coordination : Whether its booking flights, arranging hotel stays, or crafting meticulous itineraries, youll ensure the MDs travels are seamless, efficient, and stress-free. Travel : Travel with the MD 1-2 times a month, including overnight stays, ensuring their schedule stays on track and any urgent needs are handled smoothly. Flexibility for travel is essential. Minute-Taking & Action Tracking : Attend key meetings, capture detailed minutes when required and ensure timely follow-up on action points to keep everything on track. Task / Project Management: Juggling multiple projects and ad hoc requests will be your fortealways anticipating the next need and staying one step ahead of the game. Confidentiality & Trust: Youll handle sensitive company information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism, building trust as a key player in the team. Problem Solving: When challenges arise, youll take the reins to find quick and effective solutions, ensuring that the business keeps moving forward. What Were Looking For: Experience & Expertise : You have solid experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives or entrepreneurs. Experience working with an MD or in a fast-growing company is a strong advantage. Organisational Genius : You excel at multitasking, with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to thrive in high-energy, ever-changing environments. Communication Pro : Your communication skillsboth written and verbalare polished, clear, and professional. Youre able to keep everything on track and articulate information with ease. Tech-Savvy : You are proficient with a variety of tools and software to manage calendars, documents, and communications.
