HELPDESK COORDINATOR STOCKPORT PERMANENT
Our client is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Working to KPI's
* Supporting clients and contractors with queries, acting as the first point of contact
* Inputting new jobs onto the in-house system
* Responding to phone calls and ensuring jobs are completed in the desired time frame
* Chasing contractors for updates.
* Arranging for quotes and processing invoices for completed jobs.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience from a customer service background. You must have excellent communications skills and a meticulous attention to detail. In return, you will receive a great benefits package including free onsite parking, and quarterly socials.
